Manoj Tek Business Solution

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which students enroll in the Digital Marketing Course offered by Manoj Tek Business Solution. By making a payment towards enrollment, you (“Student”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:


1. No Refund Policy

1.1. All payments made towards the Digital Marketing Course are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
1.2. Once the enrollment is confirmed, no request for a refund (whether partial or full) shall be entertained.
1.3. Students are advised to carefully review all course details, modules, and features before making the payment.


2. No Cancellation Policy

2.1. Once admission has been processed and confirmed, cancellation of enrollment will not be permitted.
2.2. Students cannot transfer, defer, or exchange their enrollment against any other course or program.
2.3. Any request for rescheduling or batch change may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute, subject to availability, but it shall not be treated as a cancellation.


3. Student Responsibility

3.1. It is the responsibility of the Student to ensure that they are committed and prepared to enroll before making payment.
3.2. The institute shall not be held liable for inability to attend classes due to personal reasons such as lack of time, job change, relocation, disinterest, or any other circumstances beyond the institute’s control.


4. Institute Rights

4.1. Manoj Tek Business Solution reserves the right to make changes to course structure, faculty, duration, class timing, or delivery mode without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
4.2. Such modifications shall not entitle the Student to claim any refund or cancellation.


5. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling and making payment for the Digital Marketing Course, the Student expressly agrees and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy of Manoj Tek Business Solution.
